How to Register Accident in Metrash

By following this simple steps, you can register accident in Metrash app:

• Download the Metrash app via the following download links:
  • Metrash App From Google Play: “from here“.
  • Metrash App From App Store: “from here“.
• Install the Metrash app after the download process is complete.

• Log in using the QID number.
• Open the application and grant it the necessary permissions.
• Choose the “Traffic“.

• Select the “Traffic Accident“.
• Choose the “Accident Registration” from the options.

• Enter the location of your accident.
• Ensure your phone’s location services are on.
• Able to add the Vehicle informations of the first vehicle that was involved in the accident.
• Enter the plate number in the required field.
• Type the owner QID in the required field.
• Write the mobile number in the required field.

• Click “Add Vehicle” to add details of the other vehicle involved in the accident.
• View the vehicle details on the screen.
• Click “Continue“.
• Upload the photos of the accident, one of them showing number plates.

• Confirm the accident registration through clicking on the “yes“, and submit the application.
• Receive a text message from Metrash confirming the successful registration of the accident.
• Check the message details to understand the instructions to be followed.
